Trumpet voice problem
-
I have always a problem with the trumpet noise, which comes up every time sooner or later.. Check it around 1:00 in this video.
Who knows the solution? By the way this is my favourite sound on my sylphio.

Thanks

It sounds to me as if some other controller is sending something to the Sylphyo Link. But why on the first note? Or, on an analog level, a compressor sending into a reverb and not kicking in fast enough, or a residual reverb or an error in an effects unit.
I'm fishing in the dark here. Can you describe your setup?

@Peter-Ostry thank you for your answer! It happens EVERY time when I use sylphio, BUT ONLY for the trumpet / muted trumpet sounds.. And in general not on the first note.. So something is not ok with the trumpet sound..

First of all I am sorry but I have no solution for your problem. I haven´t had this problem. But I want to say that you and your band are playing very well. And I do not wonder that the company don´t answer your questions. They don´t care of their customers. The last update is nearly one year ago.

@Takacsmatto said in Trumpet voice problem:
So something is not ok with the trumpet sound.
The conclusion seems right to me. It could be a software failure in the Link.
What about re-installing the firmware on Sylphyo and Link? The updates usually came with new instruments, so I suspect that the code for each instrument is included in the firmware. Maybe a fresh install will fix the trumpet.
It would be nice if someone from Aodyo could comment on this here.

We're in communication with Takács to determine the nature of the bug and try to reproduce it on our end.

Wow ... that's a really spectacular aberration! I was carefully listening for something subtle ... and then ... Blaaaaahhhhhhh!
I have never experienced this, and I do use the internal sounds quite a bit, including the Trumpet ...
