First of all I am sorry but I have no solution for your problem. I haven´t had this problem. But I want to say that you and your band are playing very well. And I do not wonder that the company don´t answer your questions. They don´t care of their customers. The last update is nearly one year ago.

Some days before the same by me. I did charge it then for two days and it works. Hope yours will do the same.

Hello I heard some of your music, and I have to say well done. I sold my Ewi Usb and also the Ketron SD 2 because I have so much other instruments. I prefer the Sylphyo and the Yamaha YDS 150. The Yamaha helps me to train the Sax fingerings. I bought an real Sax from Jupiter and I have to say there is only one sound but a real Sax sound. But its hard to get better and it will take time. I have the sax, , trumpet and Cello Sound from samplemodelling (and audiomodelling), and there are good. Your Songs are really inspiring and now I will take the digitals at more tomes in the hand.

An Update, short before 2,5 years since the last. Congrats to the factory. I think the sounds are ok. I wonder the next update. May be in Jan. 2026.

I think so , they wrote me an E.Mail with an overview of the last Posts in this forum. Not very many, I think. May be because nothing new happened. In 4 weeks it will be two and a half year since the last update for the Sylphyo ! They even don´t write what is going on. Very strange so I am not sure that the company is still living.

Hello I can´t speak French, but I think you said that it would be nice to have a similar Software for the Sylphyo. I agree. But when you imagine that the lust update (often asked for) is more than two years ago, I have no hope that this will happen. Greetings Friedus

I tried this. But by me everything works right.

@reidid789 Oh man, I have the Respiro (not bad) and I have also very good Trumpets, Saxes and Cello from Samplemodelling. But I want internal (good) Sounds so I just can just plug in an amp and play. And beside the sounds there are other things that could be better. For example a display for the battery charge ans so on. And by the way in the beginning the company promised regular updates. And last of all I think they can inform the customers what is going on, will there be updates (soon the said long time ago) in the future?

Maybe reidid789 for you its enough. Not for me. I am waiting for more than 2 years ( I can not even believe it !) They said they will update and new Sounds and that all. Now they do not even have one minute to say something to this insolence. Sorry but this is it for me. Never ever had something like this as a customer.

Hello to all users of the Sylphyo. Yesterday was the second anniversary of the last update. Long time ago they told us, that there would be updates every few month. More than a year ago they said the update would come soon. I really feel screwed.

We are waiting. And waiting , and... In just some weeks it will be 2 Years since the last Sylphyo update (30 march 2021).

I use the midi capabilities of the instrument coupled with external software (like samplemodelling) when I am at home. but I want the most really good internal sound because I just want to take the Sylphyo with me and plug in an amp. Not to carry other things like Laptops or Computer etc.

Yes, that is what I said several times. Tomorrow it´s 20 months since the last Update. They really don´t care.

Yes, that is a thing I really expect. The sylphyo is not a cheap one, and they offered updates in their advertisements. I understand that is difficult for a small company, but they told me months ago that they were working on it. See my posts. Maybe they can cooperate with others (Respiro?) to solve the problems. Ok. Yesterday was the 1st anniversary of the last update for the Sylphyo. I still feel a bit upset.

The last update was nearly 11 months before. I asked for one some months ago (nearly 5 months). Aodyo support said they were working on it. So What? I am looking for good internal sounds. I wonder if the update will last one year. I am not really satisfied. Greetings Friedus

Good advice Frank, I will try that. But I have no genever. May be I take the Basaltfeuer. Hard Stuff. But every few weeks I clean it with an oboe wiper. Nothing inside my Sylphyo.

You can change the Base key easily in the the quick settings.

Hello ghostdic, there a some posts, also from me, that ask for some more natural sounds sax or so. Maybe in the next update. And I hope there is a new update soon, because the last one is some months ago. Or maybe they will integrate Respiro in the internal sounds.

Hello I do not know Bandlab. I use Studio one and there I can record the internal sounds as an Audio with my Audiobox and the Audio in. When I use an Instrument (midi) I can hear the sound of the midi instrument which I choose in the DAW and also the internal Sounds of the Sylphyo, while I am recording the Midi in. It depends on the Balance poti which I hear both, or only one of the sounds. But when I hear the recording of the Midi I really hear not the internal sounds!? No matter how I balance it out. This Problem seemed to be solved. As Maxence Fulconis from the Aodyo Team wrote me an E Mail to try to charge 48 hours. so I first did it with the Original Power Adapter. Nothing happened. Than I changed to an adapter from my smartphone and 48 hours later it is charged 4235! Thanks a lot

All the time the same. I can play while I am charging, but it do not charge more than three thousand and something.And sometimes I can put it on sometimes not. Where can I change the battery???

Oh I am going crazy. Now I charged it by the computer (roundabout 3800 says the battery) . I could play. Then I took out the cable and the screen freezes. Than I could do nothing but to turn it out.
And again I can not turn it on again. May be it is a problem with the battery inside. Where can I change it?

Hello Frank, thanks for your help. But both USB cables work on the computer. I tried this morning again and I can turn the S. on. Shows low battery. I will try to charge it with the computer.
I will order a new power adapter and see what happens. Friedus

Hello Frank. No Cable problem. I use the original USB cable with the original power adapter. It don´t charge. I put it on my computer with another usb cable. It shows that it charges in the diagnostic screen. Now I took it from the cable and it shuts down and I can not turn it on again. I am scared! What the hell happens.

Whats going on. The next problem! I don´t know if it belongs to the update. But now it don´t charge with the power adapter. With USB it charges but very slowly. Any Idea.

Hello first of all. Thanks for the new sounds. Not the one I expect (once again please more things like Trumpet, sax or so. But anyway the organs are good. But there is a bad mistake the fingering is complete out of order. Playing normal F or E it sound a D Playing a D it sounds Cis. and some more???. What is that??

Ok. It worked a time. So I do not use the audio very often, I tried it again two days before and again no sound. So I made the Update again although I made it weeks before. Now it works and I hope that it lasts! Greetings Friedus

So I can only say that as I wrote above for me everything works. Just checked it one more time
