First of all I am sorry but I have no solution for your problem. I haven´t had this problem. But I want to say that you and your band are playing very well. And I do not wonder that the company don´t answer your questions. They don´t care of their customers. The last update is nearly one year ago.

Some days before the same by me. I did charge it then for two days and it works. Hope yours will do the same.

Hello I heard some of your music, and I have to say well done. I sold my Ewi Usb and also the Ketron SD 2 because I have so much other instruments. I prefer the Sylphyo and the Yamaha YDS 150. The Yamaha helps me to train the Sax fingerings. I bought an real Sax from Jupiter and I have to say there is only one sound but a real Sax sound. But its hard to get better and it will take time. I have the sax, , trumpet and Cello Sound from samplemodelling (and audiomodelling), and there are good. Your Songs are really inspiring and now I will take the digitals at more tomes in the hand.

An Update, short before 2,5 years since the last. Congrats to the factory. I think the sounds are ok. I wonder the next update. May be in Jan. 2026.

I think so , they wrote me an E.Mail with an overview of the last Posts in this forum. Not very many, I think. May be because nothing new happened. In 4 weeks it will be two and a half year since the last update for the Sylphyo ! They even don´t write what is going on. Very strange so I am not sure that the company is still living.

Hello I can´t speak French, but I think you said that it would be nice to have a similar Software for the Sylphyo. I agree. But when you imagine that the lust update (often asked for) is more than two years ago, I have no hope that this will happen. Greetings Friedus

@reidid789 Oh man, I have the Respiro (not bad) and I have also very good Trumpets, Saxes and Cello from Samplemodelling. But I want internal (good) Sounds so I just can just plug in an amp and play. And beside the sounds there are other things that could be better. For example a display for the battery charge ans so on. And by the way in the beginning the company promised regular updates. And last of all I think they can inform the customers what is going on, will there be updates (soon the said long time ago) in the future?

Maybe reidid789 for you its enough. Not for me. I am waiting for more than 2 years ( I can not even believe it !) They said they will update and new Sounds and that all. Now they do not even have one minute to say something to this insolence. Sorry but this is it for me. Never ever had something like this as a customer.
