Link & sounds

I just have 7 sounds in the sylphyo … and tapping up-and-down on the link produces nothing. Does not comply with guide description. Any help available? Thank you
btw: didn't find a page for updates … ? -

Sylphyo update fixed … I had followed bad user-guide link …;-)
but … Link update didn't work. I tried everything, forced included …
Problem: the Link device denies to be listed in the Mac USB-list. Checked cables, changed systems 9/13 … PRAM reboot … etc. … the thing doesn`t show up … any hints? -

My Link shows up in the MIDI Studio window of the Audio MIDI Setup app, on my Mac as "Sylphyo Link" when the Link is plugged in to my Mac via the Link's "USB power supply" mini USB socket and switched on. Have you tried using the same USB to mini USB cable which successfully updated your Sylphyo? If you are still getting nowhere then contact Aodyo support via email. They'll probably want the Link's serial number off the sticker on it's base. -

I thought about the mini USB … but couldn't imagine because of the standard USB plug. So all sylphyo up-to-date. Great controller for Sequential analog synths. all the best :-)
