Sylphyo not connected midi

Having used the Sylphyo almost daily for a year, the midi connection cannot now be made. I've connected to MacBook Pro M1 (v.12.1) and to iMac (v.10,1,46) by Link and by direct USB connection. Mac Midi Studio shows the Sylphyo greyed out, meaning "not connected". The Sylphyo hasn't had changes to its midi (Channel 1), and is fully charged. I've checked through the Mac midi route as much as my knowledge allows, but I can't locate the reason. Any suggestions? Thanks. -
Have you tried a full reset on the Sylphyo?
I would suggest, before doing so, writing down each and every setting you have. We currently have to restore those settings by hand since there is no SYSEX save / restore capability.
You might consider a document that shows which settings differ from the defaults so that you only have to set those settings which change from the Reset / Default values.
