Anyma Phi Stopped Making Sound

Hi,
I left my Anyma Phi on last night, when it was working, and came back in the morning, and it was not outputting sound.After unplugging everything, I was able to get the piezo pling setting to make sound, but as soon as I plugged in the MIDI cable, it stopped making sound again, and I haven't been able to get any sound out of it since then, even by unplugging it and waiting.
I can confirm that it is receiving MIDI from the controller, because the lights move with the controller, but there is no sound coming out.
If anyone has a workaround for this, it would be appreciated, but this seems like a serious bug that should be addressed in a firmware update.

I tried re-installing the update, but I'm still not getting any audio out.
Does this mean the unit is defective, or is this some kind of expected behavior? -
Please send an email to support@aodyo.com about this and include pictures of the entire Diagnostics screen, which is located at the bottom of the Settings menu.
