Anyma Phi Encoder 2 issue
-
Hi, I just received my early adopter Anyma Phi and im liking what ive heard .
However im having an issue with the second parameter encoder, all other buttons/encoders work as intended but for this one I have to click it VERY hard to get any response to any click function.
You can even hear that the click sound of this specific encoder is very dull compared to the others.Ive attached a video link so you can see the problem
Any help is appreciated. -
@sleep-totem Hello! If you remove the black plastic encoder cap and click the metal encoder, does the click work better?
If so then you can put something on the inside of the encoder cap in order for the plastic to be slightly raised so the click is better.
Let me know if that works for you. -
Thanks for the quick response!
Just removed the plastic cap and put it back in, doing that that fixed it.
Now back to playing! -
@sleep-totem Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with! Also post some of your music with the Anyma on here, we are excited to hear what you can make.

@Support_AODYO
Will do!
I'll probably post a quick demo tomorrow after playing with it and learning how it all works. Loving the sounds i'm getting out of it.Also 2 quick questions now that I have your attention:
-
Is there a way to configure the pitch bend range? It defaults to +/- 2, would be great if we could go up to +/- 12 since I use a linnstrument to control my synths and I can do crazy pitch bends with it.
-
Is there a way to delete a mapping once its added? Didn't see any mention of that in the manual.
Thanks again

@sleep-totem There is no way to configure the pitch bend range at the moment but we are working on it and it should be a feature in an upcoming update!
To delete a mapping you can simply select the source as "none". I hope this helps.
