I can't upgrade

Hi,
I can install any firmware update up to 1.3.0, but all the ones since then fail with an error along the lines of 'Unable to write HID record'.
Does anyone know how to get round this?

can you describe hoe you try to update? so we can see if there is anything wrong in your procedure?

Hello Ben,
Reload the last update version and install it again. May be the précédent update has been corrupted during the upload.
It happened to me one time. And with the second trial it worked perfectly.Best regards. Daniel
