Suggestions for driving Anyma Phi with Sylphyo?
-
I connect Sylphyo Link MIDI out to Anyma Phi MIDI in. Anyma's patches sound quite different from Sylphyo, so I would like to be able to choose one or the other. I can do this by connecting the outputs from both devices to an A-B switch.
However, when I change the patch on Sylphyo, it changes the patch on Anyma as well. I would prefer a way to make these independent. Is there one?
Are there any other suggestions for combining Sylphyo and Anyma smoothly?

@ark I might look at some of the hardware filters such as Midi Solutions Event Processor (or Event Processor Plus). Short of sending all MIDI through a Computer/DAW setup, where you would have extensive MIDI manipulation capabilities, these hardware boxes can work well and with very low latency ...

As Clint wrote.
There is no Sylphyo or Link based solution. On a software route you can do whatever you want, on the hardware route you are tied to relatively expensive small devices. The usual boxes are Midi Solutions or the BomeBox.
I myself went with the BomeBox and meanwhile have all my controllers and two synths controlled by this system. Bome software and hardware is not cheap, but very good.
Here in the forum we have already discussed blocking the transmission of program changes and an option to prevent this has been proposed. At least I understood that the programmer recognised the problem. But with Aodyo's current devotion to Sylphyo, I wouldn't wait for a solution from this side.
