Have lost a preset

Hi, by mistake I've lost the presets RingMod Ext (No 32) and Vynilooper Ext (No 38) and can't import them from the bank.
Is there anyone who can give me some procedure to solve the issue encountered

I'm not sure this will necessarily help, but do you know the factory presets are all available individually here ?
