Indeed Sylphyo Bench, a cute and handy tool, is not found on pages on the site. But the manual has a proper reference op page 21 : https://www.aodyo.com/user-manual-page-21.html, with a proper explanation how to use it.
It really helped me seeing the results of setting up the Sylphyo.
