I would like to comment some fact that has wondered me when I received my sylphyo last week.
I have bought my sylphyo at Thomann music store and they delivered me on two carton boxes: an internal box from aodyo and a external box from thomann.
The external box (the thomann one) was intact and without any signal of hit delivery but,
when I have opened the outside box I was surprised to see that the second box, the inside aodyo carton box was not intact, in fact was impaired as it had been hit (but not broken) and not very well closed.
I have taken a long breath and I have opened the second box, the aodyo envelope carton box. I found my aodyo inside just wrapped on a thin white paper.
Sincerely, I expected to receive it better protected.
I do not want to think about responsabilities of who has manipulated and in which way the aodyo box to receive it on that state. At that moment I have taken my aodyo, It had installed the 0.0.1 software version, I have actualized to the 1.0.0 version, and I started to play it.
I have not had any problem at the moment, but I'm worried if it would have in a future for this suspicious delivery package.
I would like to ask you how long is the warranty for my sylphyo if I detect any function mistake or even if you consider I would need to return it to thomann.

Hello, I just received my aodyo sylphyo last week and I'm very happy with it experimenting on my compositions.
The package included a second mouth piece and my questions are related to that issue.
In fact, I have two questions:
1- I have a basic and maybe very silly question: how do you remove the mouth piece if you need to do that? I have been reading the user manual, but I did not found any answer. I guess must be pulling it out. I did not try it because I like to be very careful with my instruments and not experiment if I'm not sure.
2- The blue metallic ring around the mouth piece is not fixed. I mean, if I touch it I can move and rotate it easily. Is that normal?

And a last question (I think): the MIDI wireless receiver can be connected either in a 2.0 or 3.0 usb connexion input of the computer?
Which one do you recommend for a better response of the instrument?

I was reviewing aodyo's manual but I did not find this information.
This issue is important for me in order to configurate a live performance concert.

my new question is about the level of control and precision of aodyo over kontakt standalone and VSTi sampler.
I'm interested to control Kontakt sampler (either as standalone application or as VSTi plugin through a DAW soft) with the aodyo MIDI wind controller.
I'm concerned if Kontakt software will detect the breath expression from the aodyo breath MIDI controller and the sound resulting would be expressed with the exact and precise dynamics I would be doing with the aodyo
I'm interested to control a wind sample of ney sound from a library of kontakt sampler
I have been reviewing the manual instructions you have of aodyo controller here at your web, and I see that you have tested different software as reason, ableton, etc, but I do not see on your list Kontakt sampler.
Please would be you so nice to tell me if have you tested this nice aodyo controller with kontakt software? In this case could you tell me if it is working as I would desire?

Hello, I'm interested to buy an aodyo and I have been looking some commentaries about it on forums.
I have read a commentary made by Jonathan from Aodyo on april 5, 2016 announcing a new separate active mouth piece, here there is his comment:
"The mouthpiece is currently very simple, but a separate active mouthpiece with a ton of sensors will be available for the Sylphyo near Q4 2016 or Q1 2017"
I would like to know if I buy an aodyo sylphyo just now (december 2016) it will have already this new mouth piece.
