@AndyHornBlower Apologies for the late reply. I never heard back from anyone at Aodyo regarding this post or my multiple e-mails to the support e-mail address. I live in the US and couldn't find a seller here, so bought my Anyma Phi from Thomann. I had to return it to Thomann in Germany for repairs--which was an additional expense and took a few months. It was finally returned and is working well so far. I was also able to update it to v.1.2.0. So fingers crossed.

I just got a new Anyma Phi and tried updating today. I followed the instructions for updating via pc (not mac), but the Anyma Phi did not provide the "UPDATE DONE" message as the instructions indicated it would. Instead, I get the message to connect a USB cable and drop the update in the disk--which I've already done. I didn't get an error message.

Now the Anyma Phi won't even boot up -- I just get a blank screen with a white Patch LED light. I've tried several more times, but with the same result.

Anything you can do to help me get the device working again would be greatly appreciated.
