It works via an amplifier but not on the compute but I have no clue why not...

Dear Aodyo experts,
I continuously have the problem of not getting a Sound out of the Instrument. One day it works fine with SWAM Instruments. Next day I turn it on and - nothing, no sound. The SWAM Instrument does not receive an expression signal. MIDI channels are set the same, of course. The Link LED reacts to the Sylphyo though. I opened the Sylphyo Bench and also via that i cannot get a Sound out, neither via Sylphyo Link nor by direct connection, Tried Refresh etc. - nothing. Everything is connected of course and power on. ASIO4all is working.
Programs are up to date.
Do you have an idea?

Uff, now I updated the Link. But I can again not make the sound be heard via PC although I selected Sylphyo Link in the Sylphyo Bench. May it have to something to do with the cooperation with the ASIO program? No clue :(

Thank you, now the update worked (it did not yesterday, see above), perhaps the PC just needed a Restart. :)

Ok, now getting Sound with Link, switched to Sylphyo Link in the Sylphyo Bench.

But then still, how to apply the latest update to the Link now?

I just got my Sylphyo and Link. The Sylphyo and Link paired correctly (green light on). However, when trying to play via Link and PC, I cannot get any sound out of the PC. I can when connecting the Sylphyo with the PC directly though.

I had installed the latest update on the Sylphyo but did not do the update for the Link because I had not unboxed it then. Perhaps this is the reason for the problem. I tried to redo the update on the Sylphyo but this does not work ('Could not send a MIDISysEx /Could not connect to a MIDI device'). Cable connection was correct. No clue how to update the Link directly.

What to do?
