Hello,
This sounds like a problem with Logic rather than the Sylphyo.
You can try looking into the midi options for Logic.
Maybe contacting the Apple support team could help resolve the issue?
In the future, it would be much more helpful for us if you could make just one post detailing your issues instead of three separate posts.

I wrote to apple and they said that the software has to update with catalina so I am wondering if you have had the same problems faced with others who upgraded to os catalina and whether you are doing something to fix the issue
