My Sylphyo does not connect to the link

I have set the wireless (link) to on on my instrument, first switched on the link receiver, then turned on the sylphyo and nothing happened. When i look up the receiver device in the settings menu, it says that it is pairing. Already for at least 15 minutes and it just keeps going through the channels.
What is wrong??? -
To achieve the pairing process you need to enter pairing mode as described in this video :
