      Hi,

I drop the update (as I have with previous updates). On Device: Two update bars, the first runs smoothly. But when it starts updating synth, my file progress slows - On Screen: once the file progress reaches 85%, the file pretty much immediately shows up in the folder. Back to Device: Screen "resets" to original message, then synth progress starts again. After getting to about 85% complete (again, on the device), it "resets" to original message about updating.

When I eject, turn off, turn on, turn off, turn on (as per instructions), the device gets stuck on "Loading bank..."

Left it that way for about 10 minutes - nothing. I've run this about 10 times, (original cabling, different cabling, powered through computer USB, original power cord) - even reverting to the beta. The beta will fully run, and I can see the patches. But the Beta is completely non-functional - cannot change a patch, cannot activate any of the modulators, etc.

I'm running Windows 11 - is that the culprit? Its the only factor / control unchanged at this point. I have rebooted, of course - but that was 3 attempts ago.

      Help!

We had a similar issue pop up a week ago with the latest macOS security updates.
I'll send you a mail from our customer support with instructions on how to solve this.
