Does anyone have tutorials on how to set up unit with software on how to set up breath control and how to cut of notes playing when not blowing?

Does anyone know what are the proper settings in the software to get the sylphyo and link to work with each of these software?

What’s a good light weight setup?
New iPad, iPhone or Mac Pro?
Is Thor a good software or is there something better?
