If you feel comfortable and would like to help out with support queries in a public manner, please feel free to post your problems directly under the Support category and we will answer promptly. This will also give other users a chance to find their problems on a public forum before posting themselves.

You can of course still contact us privately at support@aodyo.com, but please consider posting publicly first if you are comfortable.
