“Sylphyo Update” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

What you can do is simply right click on the update file and click open, and it should give you the option to open it despite the update not being verified by Apple.
This will also work for your problems with the Sylphyo Bench.
