<![CDATA[Stuck at loading bank, AND the editor doesnt work]]>Hi guys,

i have updated to 1.10 and my Phi recently worked until i tried running the edit. The edit didnt work even if i followed instructions to the letter, all i get is a grayed out UI with empby bank on the left side. Nothing i can do can change it. Any ideas? I have had this problem before with loading bank, all i did then was updating and it wirjed, now it´s not at all working..

I had the exact same issue as you and this just fixed my instrument not ten minutes ago.

i dont know why it suddenly started workin again. i had everything disconnected /all usb devices that is, for a while. Than i connected it again, and it loaded as supposed.

The standalone editor is great and very helpful when i get it working, however if would be even better if i could run it in BitWig as a VST. So please, put this on the withlist? :)

I am afraid i might return with the same problem though!

I have questions to ask you, in order to find a solution.
What is the serial number of your Phi?
Is the version of the editor you are opening the version that came with the last update?

Each update comes with its own version of the editor. Everything is contained in the folder you downloaded for that update.
If you try to use an older version of the editor, this may explain why it doesn't work.
